The latest craze for people trying to quit smoking e-mail or
cigarette(cigarette ). Apparently, the night, the
industry emerged as a viable solution, presumably to stop smoking, and rightly
so: the electronic cigarette is not really a cigarette, just calm your nicotine
craving. So it's really a good idea?
The electronic cigarette(cigarro electronico)
is the same category as nicotine patches and gum: nicotine replacement therapy.
In the same spirit, has the problem just like other methods of nicotine
replacement therapy: it's just a patch of his desire to quit.
As I tried to quit, I tried almost every trick in the book.
None of them worked, and for good reason: when I came, I went back to smoking.
I never sat around and said, "Wow, I could go one of the nicotine patch
now!
Of course, the solution to this is to maintain ample supply
of what you use replacement at hand. But what happens when you're at the bar or
with friends? Of all smokers, you're not going to be the person who turns to
their e-cigarette(e-cigarette) and takes a few drags,
all high and mighty of all the other smokers. It just does not make any sense.
There's really only one way to stop smoking: Will. Many
people say that cold turkey is the hardest way to quit smoking, and with good
reason: they go on all the wrong way. If you know what you do, and stomp out
your desire for cigarettes, before you start, you will be able to maintain and
never look back!
